Childcare Rates
We are a State Licensed facility that provides childcare for children ages 3 years to 12 years of age. Children experience play-based and hands-on activities, as well as self-discovery. Our Latchkey program provides before and after school care, as well as a summer program for ages 6 years to 12 years of age.
Pirate's Cove Childcare requires a criminal history check and a child abuse check through the Department of Human Resources for each employee. Each employee is trained and certified in Child and Adult CPR and First Aid. Our employees are professionally trained in the areas that focus on children's development.

PRE-PAYMENT is required. You must pay for your scheduled childcare days a week in advance. If paying with cash or check, place your payment in the payment envelope and deposit the envelope in the metal box, or if paying with a debit or credit card, take advantage of PROCARE, our on-line payment system. Failure to pay in advance could result in termination of your childcare services. RETURN CHECK FEE IS $25.00
LATE PICK UP FEE: A late fee of $1.00 per minute per child past 5:00 p.m.
Pirate’s Cove Childcare charges according to the schedule you provide for your child. Schedules must be emailed on or before the Thursday (by noon) prior to the week of the change. Your account will be charged for scheduled days that your child is not in attendance, including sick days. If delinquent payments occur, my childcare services will be terminated.
***A signed Childcare Rates Agreement must be on file at time of registration.
