Next Tuesday, November 7, 2023 our community will have an opportunity to vote on a school bond proposal. If approved by voters, this bond proposal would provide $17,400,000 for district-wide improvements, with a Zero Mill increase over the current millage rate. This bond proposal, which will not increase the tax levy, will provide improvements for academic, athletic, extracurricular and community activities.
Planned facility improvements include but are not limited to:
- Replace HVAC/ add air cond throughout Eby Elementary & NMS
- Addition Cafe/Multipurpose Room to Eby Elementary
- Replace Roofing at Eby Elementary/ NMS
- Playground equipment improvements
- Remodel Cafe/ Multipurpose Room NMS
- Replace Gymnasium Doors NMS
- Pirate Plex Addition
- Concession/ Restroom Reno & Addition Athletic Complex
- Replace Track
- Drive & Parking Lot improve pedestrian/vehicle safety at NHS
- Bus Loop improvements/ enhance safety at NHS
- Furniture & Technology to added/ improved spaces
